Poised between the sweeping Río de la Plata and the legendary pampas, Buenos Aires is home to one-third of Argentina's population of 38 million people, making it a hub of public debate, political action, and reform movements.
Study abroad in Buenos Aires and explore the capital city's wide avenues, sprawling parks, and elegant 19th century Parisian-style architecture. Or get another view of the city on its narrow, crowded side streets, where graffiti and political posters show the grit of a modern metropolis and where soulful strains of tango still ring through the air.
